CENS terms

What CENS are
CENS are prepaid service credits that you spend on UUON engines and APIs. They are not a currency, not a cryptocurrency or token, not an investment, and not transferable, and they can't be exchanged for money. CENS exist only in UUON's own ledger and are not on any blockchain.

Every pack includes a 50% bonus. Prices are in US dollars; [TAX / VAT TREATMENT AND WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT]. Engine prices in CENS are listed at /billing/pricing (CENS = USD price × 10).
Launch grant
The first 100 verified accounts can claim 1,000 CENS once. Verified means signed in with a wallet (Sign-In with Ethereum) or with GitHub; email-only keys don't qualify. One grant per person, wallet, GitHub account and UUON account. Granted CENS have no cash value and can't be refunded.

Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. CENS are delivered immediately after payment. Before checkout you are asked to confirm that you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. If you confirm this, the right of withdrawal ends when the CENS are credited to your account. We record the time of that confirmation. Refunds
- If a payment is refunded or successfully disputed, the corresponding CENS are taken back, bonus first. If they were already spent, the shortfall is recorded and spending is paused for that account until it's resolved.
- CENS spent on an engine call that fails with a server error are returned automatically.

Changes
CENS you have already bought keep the value they were sold at. Engine prices in CENS may change; current prices are always published.
