Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply between you and [ENTITY], [ADDRESS] (“UUON”, “we”) for uuon.world, the UUON APIs, CENS service credits, and the engines and packages we publish.
Accounts
- You can create an account by signing in with a wallet (Sign-In with Ethereum) or with GitHub, or request a free API key with an email address.
- Keep your API keys and session tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your key. Tell us at security@uuon.world if a key is exposed.
- One launch grant per person, wallet and account. Creating accounts to collect more CENS is not allowed.
Acceptable use
- No attacks on the service, no attempts to bypass authentication, quotas or payment, and no load testing without our written permission.
- No scraping, copying or reverse engineering of engine code beyond what the license allows; no use of UUON code or outputs to train AI models.
- No illegal content or activity, and nothing that infringes others' rights.
APIs
API use is also governed by the API terms, and CENS by the CENS terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend keys or accounts that breach these terms, put the service at risk, or are involved in a payment dispute. Where reasonable, we tell you first. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@uuon.world.
Intellectual property and licensing
UUON engines, cores, algorithms, documentation and the UUON marks belong to UUON Foundation / Phillip A. Ruiz III. Published code is licensed under the UUON Source Attribution License (USAL-1.0): attribution is required on all derivatives, and use for AI training is not permitted. Engine cores served from uuon.world/engine/ are proprietary and not licensed for copying or redistribution. Commercial licensing: licensing@uuon.world. API outputs you generate: [OUTPUT OWNERSHIP AND USE RIGHTS].
Experimental services
Much of UUON is research software. See AI & research for what is experimental.
Warranty and liability
[LIABILITY CLAUSE — to be drafted by counsel; mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remain unaffected.]
Changes, law and venue
We'll announce material changes in advance by email or on this page. [GOVERNING LAW] [PLACE OF JURISDICTION for merchants] Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains applicable.
